Therefore, I and my manager were working hard to complete the work on the weekend, and with no information shared by the account team, I was using my earlier ability to formulate updated content. However, my manager was not acknowledging my effort and was suggesting some unnecessary changes and at one point in time, I was furious at my manager and requested him if he could update those suggested changes. Now, my manager took a step back and was consoling me to complete the document with the available information. It did not stop there and, believing my manager, I started to update the document depending on the insights, and out of nowhere a few mins before the call, my manager shared some new documents to update. I was surprised to receive the updated document and all my effort in the document went in vain, as my manager would share his insights in the scheduled call. I completely lost interest in working on this opportunity furthermore and with much hesitation, I joined the call.
